Man I’m gonna let old bass pro shop…

Man I’m gonna let old bass pro shop have it tomorrow
Cost me $2023.00 to have that bike fix thro them n what they forgot to tighten the hose clamps up on everything unbelievable I highly don’t not recommend them to do any work on Atv’s r boats they suck and they gonna give a new air box cuz I broke a clip going behind them fixing there stuff that I paid for cuz they did not and if they refuse I will be contacting a lawyer I also don’t recommend anyone to buy any boats r atvs r side by side cuz there junk I can guarantee if anyone dose buy something like that from BASS PRO SHOP it will brake down and coast a few grand and gonna take them 6 to 8 mouths to fix and not be fully fix I just hope they didn’t forget anything else that was internal so with that being said now I’m gonna go and leave a rant on there website and I’ll be contacting them tomorrow for sure on a new air box that they will be providing at no charge

Bought a pair of boots and they were to…

Bought a pair of boots and they were to small. Called customer service and told them I wanted the next size up. They provided a return label, but you have to pay return shipping which they take out of the refund. Then they charge you for the boots they are sending as replacement. Now I am out $250 and no boots that fit. Well, they sent me the same size boots. Now to get the right size I have to prepay for another set of boots. Would have been out $360 and still no boots that fit. This sucks. I returned all the boots and never will deal with bad pro agai n

I'm not sure why the ratings from others are so low, but I've always had a nice experience with bass pro shops. And they also keep their prices steady during ammo and gun shortages!

Poor Customer Service

I retuned an item via mail, confirmed through Fed Ex tracking that it was received back. I was told 2-3 weeks for a refund to my credit card. 3 weeks later, no refund so I called and was then told 4 weeks for a refund. I cannot understand why it should take even a week for a refund, much less 4 weeks. When I called, they apologized. whoopie

horrible ordered dec 17 and just now on…

horrible ordered dec 17 and just now on Jan 12 days being shipped....won't arrive for another week or so. will never order online again

So slow

What has happened to BPS? I don't remember it being this slow with shipping. Its been two works and my order still says processing.. never again

Order takes over 15 days to ship

Order takes over 15 days to ship, never ever seen any company has such a bad working attitude and shipping efficiency. 15 days you can walk from California to Texas thats how slow bass pro shop is. Their employess are probably drinking having party in the warehouse and not giving a ** to your order. Oh and by the way, the don't have free return for this delay order and charge you $7.5 for the shipping. Order on Amazon or academy instead in the future bass pro is totally trash

They don't know how to properly update…

They don't know how to properly update inventory / manage website. 90% of my orders are either canceled on me or stay "in process" forever.

Cancelled my order the next day.

Similar to what others experienced, ordered an item online which showed In Stock for ship to store. Credit card was charged and I received the email that they were processing my order.
I check my order status the next day and it shows cancelled. Their excuse was that they didn't have enough stock even though the website showed that they did.
Lost out on a great deal because of this.

Disappointed puzzler

I ordered 2 different Cats of Charles Wysocki jigsaws. The order took I weeks to arrive and they've sent 2 identical Ageon Sea puzzles. I'm so dissatisfied and out of pocket. I'll never be here again.
